The Old Telephone Exchange,
Great Bedwyn, Wiltshire
Built on the site of a redundant telephone exchange, this new two bedroom timber framed house sits on the edge of the village within a conservation area. Finished in stained larch cladding with a steep pitched roof and gable ends, the building responds to its rural context, and is a purposeful aesthetic designed to be viewed against the wooded backdrop.
