The site was previously occupied by an end of terrace Victorian house that had fallen into dereliction and had to be demolished. The replacement property is a modern four bedroom town house that responds to the existing street pattern with a contemporary reinvention of the end of terrace house. The bricks used in the front elevation have been recycled from the original house.
